[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Netbanking not working & no one attend to complaint in HDFC Bank | |||
Please refer to my following complaints made in last one month: 'hbl=[protected]' 'hbl=[protected]' 'hbl=[protected]' 'hbl=[protected]' 'hbl=[protected]' 'hbl=[protected]' Sir/madam, My account number is [protected]. My account is in the hdfc bank, first mall, the mall, ludhiana branch. I can log in successfully to my hdfc account successfully. However, after logging in i fail to do anything. I can’t see even last two transactions undertaken. I can’t even book fd online. My broker fail to transfer funds to my account. As per broker, fund transfer request is rejected by hdfc bank. I have making this complaint online for last one month by email, phone banking and even visited four times to above mentioned branch of hdfc bank and showed the problem (On laptop) to dealing hand there. But my problem is not solved. Such a low level of service was never expected from hdfc bank. Was this information helpful? | |||
