[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — New account Debit card

We (Myself and my Parents) had come to open our joint account on 10th April, 2023 at your Indore, khandwa road branch. We clearly mentioned in our application forms that we will need a debit card and a cheque book on my mother's name. What arrived after 10 days was just the cheque book. Now another 10 days have passed and we still don't have a debit card and this has stopped us from operating the new account. I twas crucial for us to get this account opened and card arrived on timely manner but seems HDFC has just repeated what other inferior bank's practices are and this has disappointed us. We chose your bank for a reason and it seems this delay has . I met you both on friday 28th April, to discuss or complain about the same and was assured that you will send me a complete investigation as to why this happened, but till now there has been no official response from your side. I would like to formally raise this complaint against your branch or the team who are to be blamed for this inefficient and unprofessional way of handling a new customer's account opening procedure.
