[Resolved] HDFC Bank — no new credit card issued and no status of payment informed | |||
My credit card no [protected] Expired in February 2017 I am following up but since my address was changed new credit card was not properly delivered to me.I have sent many emails to HDFC card on grievance redressal and priority redressal.my issue for charges applied was replied by senior management and accordingly I made payment of RS 2317 on 1/2/2018 still there is no reply from HDFC.I want to know status of my payment and need statement showing reversal /waiver of charges as promised by Hdfc also I need new credit card for my further use .
