[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — no response for the credit card settlement unnecessary interests

Hi this is vishwanath from bangalore,
It's been 8months i am looking for my hdfc credit card settlement for the outstanding amount, bank executives are not responding for the calls. Every time new executive is calling for due payment. For the 30000 usage i have already paid 70000inr.
I am not responsible for the non cooperation of the bank. Interest rates are too high to prove as per bank norms.

I haven't received any replies, despite of writing several Kaila to the given Id. I want to deactivate the card immediately.

I haven't received any replies, despite of writing several mails to the given Id. I want to deactivate the card immediately. I am not responsible for the dead interest that's growing, because last year December I asked for settlement. Still there is no response.

It's been three days I haven't got any responses or any calls, even after writing the them mail.
I need immediate attention, because I will not be liable for the interests on card. It would because of your delayed response.

8 days and counting, nobody from the collection department has called for assistance, instead I am receiving 100 calls to pay the min. due.

The complaint raised has been updated as resolved without my knowledge, even without assisting for the request.
