[Resolved] HDFC Bank — non receipt of fastag | |||
I have applied for hdfc fastag on 24/11/19 and i have got sms on 28th november that my fastag card will be delivered in 3-4 days. I also got email confirmation on 26th november that my fastag has been issued successfully created. My customer id is[protected] and wallet id is [protected]. My fastag has been issued on 28/11/19 but i couldn't get any dispatch status yet. The helpline number is always busy. There should be some kind of tracking available for customer or hdfc should keep user updated about the delivery status. I often go out of state and need the fastag urgently.
