HDFC Bank — non receipt of fastag card | |||
I have fastag application reference : hfr828816 (Dtd 01dec2019) for 2 vehicles. I could see the wallet id and tag ids (For both vehicles) online on the 7th dec 2019. All other status including kyc is showing as no. I have not received the rf cards till date and no clue and information on how long further it will take to deliver the cards. I could n't get any information on this even after personally visiting one of the hdfc bank branch in bangalore (Even head of branch is clue less on fastag). Kindly deactivate / cancel the 2 nos tag ids and the corresponding wallet id considering this as request. After you deactivate only i can request any other service provider since my vrns are already mapped to tag ids of hdfc. Pls cancel the application / deactivate the tags and confirm on the mail id registered with you (Referring the application : hfr828816) Before this i have written to customer support mail id of hdfc, but no response.
