[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — non- receipt of hdfc bank fastag cust id[protected]

Address:Ranga Reddy, Andhra Pradesh, 500019

I have applied HDFC FASTag through online and made payment of Rs 500 on 30-Nov-19. I have received a sms with wallet ID and Cust ID on 05-Dec-19. Since then there is no update.

There is no way to contact HDFC FASTag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

Kindly update me the status of my request or how to get the tracking details.
