HDFC Bank — not getting any response from them | |
I have complaint regarding credit card due statement generated. Initially I escalated HDFC team about due amount that is appearing even after I have paid the due. Later the team told due to moratorium one of the due was Pending to be paid . After getting to know about the due I have paid that amount. So all the due was clear by 01-Aug-2020, I have paid everything .But now, again I started getting the credit card due to be paid.I was surprising like why am I getting the credit card due even though its paid. Since none of the customer care numbers are working due to Pandemic, I understand that .So I have given my Number to contact me and get this closed as soon as possible. But I am not getting any response from them I am expecting a phone call so that it will be clear, otherwise I should pay unnecessary due amount. Please close this at the earliest.
