HDFC Bank — Not helping to resolve the Auto EMI deduction issue | |||
Dear Sir- I Am not sure who is right person to escalate My HDFC personal loan issue ( Loan No[protected]. I am writing this mail to you all to bring the attention of Personal Loan HDFC bank employee department incompetenecy. for last four month I am facing issue of my emi is not able to auto deduct from my ICICI bank account. I have talked to cutomer care[protected] and mailed the issue to [protected]@hdfcbank.com. In reply I have got the ecs form and asked to duly signed form by ICICI bank and submit this for anywhere in India nearest HDFC Personal Department. I have filled the form and duly signed it from ICICI bank. I went to PATNA HDFC bank ( Exvision Road, Rajender Ram Plaza, 2nd Floor, Patan ). There I have been asked to contact Raju Jain ( Collection Manager) as he was out of station so he guided me to sumbit this form to Nitin. As i have asked Nitin to take this form and dicated all the issue he denied and said until he find all the reson of bounce he can not take this form Now it is going to three days and he has failed to find the reason for EMi bounce. Also he is not picking up my phone.. Also Customer Care are not helping me. So my question When you HDFC personal loan bank department is not able find the problem and reluctant to solve the issue. Why should I pay fine and boucne charge every month when problem from your side. Even Why should I pay EMi ? So please help me to resolve this problem ASAP.. Was this information helpful? | |||
