HDFC Bank — not providing personal loan or credit card

Dear sir,

I am associated with hdfc bank from last 3 years and i am holding salary account with hdfc right now.

I have applied for personal loan and credit card facility with hdfc but no one from your end is giving each of two services i mentioned above.

So if you dont want to give me these two facility just give me written clarification from your end. If you dont want to provide me than i will take decision to quit an association with you.

So waiting for positive reply from your end.
