[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — Not resolving my refund issue

Amazon initiated & transferred the refund to my bank account but it's not reflecting. They asked me to contact the bank regarding it. I have been trying to contact HDFC but they are not resolving my issue.
The refund reference number is[protected]
Kindly look into it & refund the money at the earliest. It's been over a week I haven't got back my money. Please do the needful.

I contacted HDFC Twitter Support Team and they asked me provide some details related with the order. Now it's fixed. The refund has been credited. Thank you!
