HDFC Bank — one time password | |
I order online through swiggy/tomato on a regular basis and i frequently experience a problem where i do not receive the otp from hdfc and cannot place my order. This happens several times a week. I usually don't carry cash with me because i prefer making online transactions and i often don't have the time to go to an atm just to withdraw money for a food order. That does not help because there is no option in your complaint system to complain about OTP issues. I even tried selecting another option at random to at least write down my complaint but it did not give me the choice to write it just opened a window with some information that doesn't concern me. Kindly stop giving these condescending automated replies and making me run around your shoddy feedback page and please resolve this issue, Anay if you are even a real person. I wouldn't be surprised if you're a bot.
