I order online through swiggy/tomato on a regular basis and i frequently experience a problem where i do not receive the otp from hdfc and cannot place my order. This happens several times a week. I usually don't carry cash with me because i prefer making online transactions and i often don't have the time to go to an atm just to withdraw money for a food order. That does not help because there is no option in your complaint system to complain about OTP issues. I even tried selecting another option at random to at least write down my complaint but it did not give me the choice to write it just opened a window with some information that doesn't concern me.
