[Resolved] HDFC Bank — otp not getting generated

Dear sir, Whenever i try to create a new beneficiary for funds transfer via the netbanking in the hdfc retail website. I am told that an otp will be sent to my registered mobile number. I never receive the otp though. I've been trying for the last 2 months and the result is the same. I'm unable to create new beneficiaries due to this. Highly inconvenient and wastes a lot of my time filling up the new beneficiary details and then finally unable to complete the process because of not receiving the otp. Was this information helpful? Sir meri Uptet ki fees update nhi hui plzzzzzzzzzz sir update kr dijye hmare future ka swal hai.
Mne 9 october ko fees submit ki th pr abhi tak fees update nhi aney ki vjh se Finel printout nhi nikal pa rha hai.
