[Resolved] HDFC Bank — otp not getting generated | |
Dear sir, Whenever i try to create a new beneficiary for funds transfer via the netbanking in the hdfc retail website. I am told that an otp will be sent to my registered mobile number. I never receive the otp though. I've been trying for the last 2 months and the result is the same. I'm unable to create new beneficiaries due to this. Highly inconvenient and wastes a lot of my time filling up the new beneficiary details and then finally unable to complete the process because of not receiving the otp.
