[Resolved] HDFC Bank — payment charged twice | |
I have been charged twice for my online transaction of premium payment in july 2019, which was reversed by insurance company to my credit card on aug 21, 2019, same mail has been shared with credit card team as i had logged a complaint but till date no resolution recd. Its been 2 months, amount is also not reflecting in my account and my been charged finance charges for the amount Was this information helpful? | |

I have received a refund message from Amazon but hasn't received any amount back in my account.
