Dear mam
i have paid online payment of 1500 and 1505 to kendriya vidyalaya .
the site of school is https://epay.union bankofindia.co.in. But the school authroity has not received the payment.
i have visited my hdfc branch . The concern has given me helpline no but
i am unable to contact authorised person . iam also attaching the screen shot of payment.
kindly resolve my problem.

Updated by bittu dr My balance has been dedacted from my account worth of 1500
and 1505 . But the receiver has not received total some of 3005.
Kindly refund my amount...I have made transation as on 16/10/2017 and 14/10/2017.
I have made transaction for billdkkendriya vidya...
Kindly refund my amount...
