Hi Team,
I have initiated a transaction amount to the merchant on 11th Apr 2022 amount have been debited from my account but not credited to the receiver.
We have raised a compliant from receiver bank and they have confirmed that they didn't received from the particular transaction ID from HDFC bank.
I have logged a case on 2nd May to the HDFC Bank and they have given a TAT till 11th June 2022, when I have called them and asked regarding why this is required this much bid TAT they have confirmed as per RBI police we have provided the TAT.
From 9th May when I am trying to reach out to the customer care and connecting it to the escalation team also there was no use.
I need the amount which has to either refund me or to credit it to the receiver.
