[Resolved] HDFC Bank — payzapp amount deducted even after failed transaction | |||||
Ten days before i paid for a movie ticket using payzapp card, but didn't receive the ticket even after the amount has been deducted from my payzapp wallet. After enquiring with bookmyshow about it through email, i received an email from them saying they have refunded the amount which should be reflected in my payzapp account in less than ten days. Till now i didn't get any notification of received amount in payzapp transaction history. Screenshot of payzapp payment is attached. Was this information helpful? | |||||
