[Resolved] HDFC Bank — payzapp fund not credit | |||||
Dear sir, My name is pritesh mistry today on 4th september i transfer 10000 rs. From my sbi credit card to my payzapp account. But fund debited from account but in payzapp there is no ant credit of 10000 rs. Still i not received my 10000 rs.in my payzapp. My mobile number is [protected] with payzapp. Kindly help me to get credit in payzapp my alternative mobile number is [protected] I attached documents as proofs I also send mail to payzapp customer care but still they not response. Verified Support Sep 12, 2017 HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Hi Snehaprit, The load money transaction of Rs.10000/- dated 4th September 2017 was failed. The refund has been initiated back to the account on 8th September 2017 to card number ending 0357. My name is abishek .On 14th september I transferd 5100 rupees from my credit card ending 1015 to idfc account through payzapp..money got dedected from credit card but not credited to other account.my registerd number is [protected].i had sent a mail to payzapp support but still no response.please refund the money as soon as possible
