Sir, one man from hdfc bank coming in my office & provided credit card with assurance no any charge coming in this card and said pl take for achievement of my target. But now in my mail address payment of rs: 1123.68 reminder message received which are we are no any utilized. Unnecessary activities start by hdfc bank. Verified Support Nov 28, 2018 HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer, As per our records, your credit card ending 6699 has been issued to you as Life time free card subject to activation of Smartpay in your card account. In view of the same, we note that smartpay has been activated towards M/s. BSNL and bills have been paid from your card account on a monthly basis and your card was converted to a Life time free card and no annual membership fee has been billed to your card account as on date. However, we note that we were not in receipt of any payment towards the smartpay bills paid from your card account. Hence, the bank charges as applicable was levied to your card account. Please visit https://www.hdfcbank.com/assets/pdf/cc_common_MITC.pdf for further clarifications.
