Dear Concern, I would like to bring your kind notice that my Personal Loan Account Number: 19604667 has been paid (36 EMI) completed. Still i am waiting for NOC. By the way HDFC bank concern by telephonically conversation confirmed that I have to pay Lump Sum INR 1000/- for Cheque returned & interest charges after waived off. He has no authority to send direct email with confirmations. So I write same matter to Grievance redressal team for confirmation & GR team confirmed that INR 2300/- plus to paid for close Personal Loan Account Number: 19604667 & get NOC. I request you to kindly go through it & provide me final justification amounts. I do not wants to linger in this matter because I am totally upset & disappointed from their responses. I am currently staying in KSA, so, kindly provide me online procedure/link for how to make payment to close this issue. I hope to hear from you soon with support.
