Hi my name is Kinjal jivani I had applied for a PL 10 days ago but still im unable to get any info on the same Appref no - hbl[protected] The loan is also principle aprvd as per the email rcvd but still no update on the same. The sales mngr doesnt pick up calls and the customer care exec dont have infrmtn so should i wait or try others. Was this information helpful? | |||

We regret to inform you that based on the above, we are unable to approve your loan as your application does not meet the above-mentioned internal criteria of the bank.
