[Resolved] HDFC Bank — personal loan | |||
Hi, I had applied for the personal loan in hdfc bank, pune (Bundgarden road branch) a month back. Though i received the loan, i have been asked by the bank employee (Pournima rakate) for the money. Initially i neglected as the amount was already disbursed but since dd disbursement for the existing loan transfer was in process and i received too many calls demanding the money. I paid rs 3000 to the hdfc bank employee so that she does not create hurdles in loan processing. I understand that concern should have been raised to the responsible person at hdfc but since i was in need of money, i avoided to escalate. I expect hdfc bank to take stern action against the employee as well supporting peoples.
