Hi, I am Sreejith NK, I had applied for an HDFC personal loan on 4 October 2016, with the loan id: [protected]. I got a verification call immediately but I didn't receive a call to schedule the pick up of documents. May I know why? the customer help methods described in the 'Smart Apply' site are also not working. How can I arrange for a call from HDFC Bank to schedule the pick up of documents?
