[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — personal loan emi

I have taken a top up on my previous personal loan emi of which were being deducted from my saving account in pnb. Now at the time of top up they forcibly opened an account in hdfc saying that i can close the said account after three months. Now the main problem occured although m paying all emi online coz m unable to operate that account in hdfc, i came to know that my account despite my repeated requests has not been converted in loan account and is showing minus and bounced emi record which is very tortours and painful for me being a single earning salaried person in my family. I have a sick son to look after. Plz have some sympothy and reasonably resolve my problem by waiving the huge penalty and regularise my account by converting it into loan account as i cannot hold some 10000 in that account. Plz consider my previous record that no single emi is bounced.

With reference to my previous mail I received a call from your employee miss Neha. When I explained her that I have paid all my EMI through collection boy and through link which was sent by HDFC employees. But she has misbehaved with me by saying that I have to prove that I have paid emi. This caused me mental agony. Please look into the matter and clarify me where my hard earned money has gone otherwise I have no other way but to file a suit against hdfc bank.
