[Resolved] HDFC Bank — personal loan processed without intimation to customer | |
Customer id : 56087430 I have applied loan in hdfc bank for 300000 and then it was processed with wrong entry of my name in records even though all the documents have correct information. Because of this, my ecs got rejected which in turn affecting my cibil score. I decided to take a top up on the same loan. I have applied for 12.55 lakhs and tenure as 60 months. But without any call confirmation, my loan got processed for 36 months of tenure. I want pre-closure immediately without any charges applicable. Was this information helpful? | |
