HDFC Bank — personal loan settlement

Dear sir i have a personal loan with hdfc bank which is seteled in 2017 in 4 installment. And i paid all the installment on time. Now again i am getting calls for payment. When i call hdfc bank and told them that i already setteled the loan in 2017 they refused and they told me that they recived only 3 installment and so my settelment letter is void. I paid all the emi online so i have all the prove of payment but they not ready to accept. I request you to please look into this. My personal loan account no is 33027271.
