[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — put wrong charges... make own money through customers

Hello,,

Very surprisingly to say hdfc put wrong charges on customers. Very nonsense!!!

Sorry to say hdfc empolyess did'nt doing their responsibility rightly. They don't send email statement of credit card and put late fee.. When i complaint this they revert my charges after that they put finance charges. What they think customers are fool or else

I have to say everyone don't take their any facilities either credit card or any other. Have complaint 3 times through customer care call. But they also try to make me fool. Very nonse!!!

We wish to inform you that in the event of nonreceipt of payment, delayed payment or payment less than the total minimum amount due to the applicable late payment charges/finance charges would be levied to the card account. You will appreciate that the bank charges levied is legitimate and in accordance with the Schedule of Charges shared along with the Most Important Terms & Conditions as well as on the reverse of the credit card statement.

Because of your carelessness i will delayed this.if HDFC forward me the soft copy of statement then i will definitely pay the full amount.its bank fault
i have more other bank credit cards they are not doing this nonsense.they timely send me the card sttement

reverse my finance charges...

not going to do more discussions
