[Resolved] HDFC Bank — put wrong charges... make own money through customers | |||
Hello,, Very surprisingly to say hdfc put wrong charges on customers. Very nonsense!!! Sorry to say hdfc empolyess did'nt doing their responsibility rightly. They don't send email statement of credit card and put late fee.. When i complaint this they revert my charges after that they put finance charges. What they think customers are fool or else I have to say everyone don't take their any facilities either credit card or any other. Have complaint 3 times through customer care call.
