[Resolved] HDFC Bank — rate reduction charges deducted without my consent | |||
Hello sir, I own a account with hdfc bank in the name of yamuna plast corporation in nasik. On 17.3.18 they deducted a amount of total[protected] +450+450) from my account mentioning the charge as rate reduction charges. I then complained to my relationship manager mr govind mogal to reverse the charges and also email my complaint to mr yogesh deshpande on his hdfc email id. Mr yogesh then after a few days replyed to me from his email and said that the charges are mentioned in the sanctioned letter tat you have agreed and hence he cant reverse. Then i complaint the senior management and they also came up with the same reply that the charges are mentioned in the sanctioned letter signed and agreed by you. Then finally i asked them for a copy of the sanction letter which contains such charges and they dont have such letter nor are they ready to give me a copy of it. They made me wait for 15-20 days and told tat they cannot reverse the charges as its clearly mentioned in the sanction letter and when i ask for the letter they dont have any letter. My hdfc bank complain no is 'hbl=[protected]' Below are the two emails send by them. Mail no 1) On mon, 14 may 2018 at 6:03 pm, response sm wrote: Dear mr. Shah, This is with reference to your email dated 11th may 2018 received at the office of the senior management regarding rate reduction charges. We wish to reiterate that the charges have been deducted as per the sanctioned letter dated 1st january 2018 accepted by you at the time of enhancement. Also basis that, the rate has been reduced. In case of any further assistance or clarification, we request you to contact mr. Govind on [protected]. Warm regards, Tejali m. Customer service manager (Chairman & md cell) Regd. Your management till date has told me tat i have signed and accepted the sanction letter and hence they cannot reverse the charges..
Plz take not of my complain sir.
If i have really accepted the sanction letter and signed it as ur authorities have mentioned then plz provide me a copy of the letter..
Plz dont make me wait for 5 working days and come back with a reply like ur management did before by not showing the signed sanction letter and telling me that you cant reverse the charges as its mentioned in the letter..
My point is clear... it was deducted without my concent nor i have accepted it..i[censored] have communicated in written tat i have signed the sanction letter..then plz provide me with tat sanction letter..
