[Resolved] HDFC Bank — receipt not issued for fd booked through net banking | |
I have booked an fd through net banking 5 days ago, but the receipt was not sent. Tried talking to customer care and everyone is clueless. And they say backend team is working on it. If it takes 5 days for a server to send a mail i don’t understand how it even works. I’ve received other promotional offers through email based on the fd booked, but the receipt is difficult to obtain. Was this information helpful? | |
Jan 22, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved They sent some document on mail which was not very useful. But, visited the bank to get it resolved. HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
