HDFC Bank — Received deactivated vouchers

Hi I have requested 3 vouchers from hdfc as per the offer

on the voucher terms I read that Offer code can be activated till 31st Jan 2022 but I claimed this vouchers in 25 august 2022

For offer activation I have also sent a SMS – “GCACTto [protected]

But I received no reply neither my card got activated. I tried calling the HDFC Vouher helpline but no customer care is attending my call.
Kindly provide me solution asap
