Dear sir, Pls find attached.. On 2nd oct 2018 when i was purchasing a dress from zara shop for rs. 690.. I swiped my debit card.. The said transaction got failed... But amount got deducted from my account.. I want my cash back.. Pls find below the msg i received from your bank.. And attached failed transaction slip.. Which zara cashier gave me..
