[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Refund not reflected in my account
I have bought a mobile of rupees 29999 on 18th december using hdfc debit card. The phone I received was damaged, So Amazon took back my phone and initiated the refund of rupees 29999 on 2nd January. They also provided me reference number and transaction ID of that refund. I also registered a complaint to HDFC bank regarding this. Reference number of that complaint is 1225702. They are taking too much time in resolving the issue. Please do something as early as possible.
