[Resolved] HDFC Bank — refund pending for long time for unsuccessful transaction | |||
Dear sir, This is naresh kumar from chennai, one month before i have paid rs. 2000 to institute of company secretaries of india but the transaction was a failure. Transaction date is 24/09/2017 around 11.00 am. I have compained "n" number of times regarding the issue. But the bank is not at all responding properly. Since its is unsuccessful transaction they are asking for proof of such transaction. How can i provide the same? It is the responsibility of the bank to check the proof o[censored]nsuccessful transaction. My customer id is 73273508 Last registered complaint no which is o[censored]tmost no use is 1402903.
