[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — refund related

On 31 oct i have booked a flight for my frnd using smart buy from delhi to jammu. This flight was on 06nov with indigo airlines. She had to cancel the flight on 5th nov due to some reason. Till date i haven't received any refund. Indigo airlines has informed us that from their side refund has been processed. Order id: [protected] partner id:[protected] airline pnr: tmrvve please do look into this issue and process the refund asap. It's been quite a long time we have been waiting for it.

Last 90 days completed but till date does not refund 2000 rupees. attached Bill/ receipt copy.
