[Resolved] HDFC Bank — refund the amount deducted for not maintaining minimum balance

My account open with zero balance salary account with number [protected]. Without any information they have changed to normal account. Almost 2200 rs got deducted from my account because of not keeping minimum balance in the account..

As per rbi guide line this charge wave from 2015. This is my humble request to you kindly refund me deducted charges.

I have received the the refund from HDFC . An executive from HDFC trivandrum tracked all the issues and solved fast. Great support from HDFC

Updated by Haseena P A Call received from HDFC bank and they have refunded my 1600 RS on 2nd July(they have said they have deleted my negative balance of 1600 from the application). But again on 5th July 1612.7 rs got deducted from my account.
