My request Date - 13.11.17 (From a series following a year) Client id - xxxx 1931 Location - hyderabad Incident - have been repeatedly requesting the bank for a statement of all Transactions from 1.1.2017, cancellation of the card etc. But stony Silence. Is being maintained A series of collection calls began on 7.11.17, if payment pertains To august - why were they silent all this while? Request - a detailed reply to all my queries, including how the supposed Penal interest was arrived at No calls/threats to pay up till the queries are replied to - a week's Time to study the reply.
