[Resolved] HDFC Bank — regalia credit card lounge access using priority pass | |||
I am holding Regalia Credit card with priority pass for lounge access. As per rules 6 access to outside india lounge are available free in a calender year. I have been charged for lounge access on April 15 at chicago. I have not accessed lounge in chicago and did not travel on 15th April. I travelled on 31st MArch but did not access lounge in Chicago. When complaint they are asking me to get lounge access details from prioirty pass! . Why customer has to do this? Is there no responsibility of bank to check tfor what they are charging ?
