[Resolved] HDFC Bank — regarding cashback points for hdfc debit card | |||
I've not received 10% cashbank points earned during diwali sale and 5% additional cashback via smartbuy. I used hdfc debit card on 9th october 2019. It has been more than 90 days now. I could not find any complaint option on hdfc bank website regarding cashback redemption and cashback points deposit. Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.
