[Resolved] HDFC Bank — regarding credit card account | |||
There are no active credit cards for my account. However, the bank has made rs.524 as ' hold on funds' and deducted that amount from my salary account. We need to know the reason why they have deducted the amount, though the credit card is in an inactive status and not generated the pin as well as no transaction from the same card. I have visited the credit card branch in richmond road and contacted customer care also, but did not get a proper response from them. Was this information helpful? | |||
