[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Regarding credit card back payment | |||
I have an hdfc card. So with my permission they sent me final settlement letter after 2-3 installment i was unable to pay 4th installment thats why your hdfc bank hold my bank account with 24000 rs after that they told me we will cut 11000 and rest money will be refunded soon but its approx 2 month and i did'nt get my money back yet and no one call me and when i called to the customer care of hdfc bank they told me that we arrange call for you after that i got call from them and they said that you will get with in 3 working day, 10 working days 2 workings day... Different different customer care executive gave me different different promise but still i did'nt get my money back so now tell me what should i do in this case an one more thing i want to tell you i have all the recording of your executives promises.
