[Resolved] HDFC Bank — regarding edc machine not working properly | |||
I wish to inform you that our swipe machine is not working properly for last month. The tid number :[protected] in the name of firstcry.com at ozone plaza, bank more, dhanbad. The machine which i had been provided at my shop is old but i have been charged the full amount of new machine. Every time the edc machine had a problem of network. Many timesi have told them to fix the new edc machine but there response is that we can put old machine only its the norms of bank. My complint no.:- pun[protected] on dated :- 20.02.2019. One more thing the i have paid for bharat qr also but till date they hadn't provided with it. Hope, you will look into the matter and will do the solution.
