[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — regarding loan interest are charged

I am nimithashree i had a zero balance account in kanakapura branch [protected] and also i had car loan 41831293 in the month of jan i got a cal from branch due to some higher transactions i need to submit kyc so i visit submit all the kyc jan month but feb 2018 3th my ac was blocked due to higher transactions i contact branch manager nd account was unloacked in that time i hv to pay car loan amount in my account money already is der but my cheque was bounced nd charged rs 649 wat reason for tiz plz refund the amount resolve it soon

I have paid my vehicle loan through paytm and I also got call from your executive.. And a bloody guy from your bank spoke to me.. But has not updated emi paid.. Update it as soon as possible..

My money has been debited from my account and i dont know the reason. I have not receive any messages about it stating the reason please help me out.
