I had purchased a mi tv using hdfc cashback offer on 25/10/2019 on flipkart site. It was 10% cash back by using hdfc debit card and 5% by using hdfc smart but.
My debit card number is [protected]. My transction reference number is [protected].
The offer stated that within 90 days the cashback will be credited in the bank account i have not received the cashback.

HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer,

We confirm that the cashback for the eligible transactions will be credited by end of January 2020. The cashback will be given in the form of reward points. Please follow the below process for redemption of Cashback points through Netbanking:

Login using Customer ID and Password > Click on Debit Cards > Click on Enquire > CashBack Enquiry and Redemption> Select an account > Continue > Confirm total points to be redeemed.

Eligible CashBack requests through Netbanking or Phonebanking will be processed and credited within 2 working days to the same account for which CashBack is requested.

Updated by Yogesh jamwal Despite of bank's commitment of crediting my cashback by the end of january, I had received only 5% cashback by payzapp. But at the time of my purchase the offer was 10% cashback on hdfc card +5% cashback if I purchase using hdfc smartbuy.
