[Resolved] HDFC Bank — regarding opening of current account | |||
Sir, I rahul m pachpore have my saving a/c in hdfc bank since 10 years, having customer id 27103418 & am your preferred customer, i had a applied For opening of current a/c in my home branch in the month of dec 17 and had given a cheque of rs 50, 000/- which was transferred in your dummy account. But till today my current account has still not yet opened. And none of your bank staff & bank manager are communicating with me. I have called up the branch they say it is still in process. Does it take two months for opening current a/c. I have provided all the necessary & required documents. I am very un happy with this kind of bank services & keen on closing all my bank a/c and shifting to another bank.
