Dear sir this is regarding the refund of rs. 561 that was deducted during the transaction to IRCTC transaction id [protected]. The amount was deducted from my account but wasn't transferred to irctc. regarding this i had sent an confirmation mail from irctc to you at [protected]@hdfcbank.com .but no action has been taken against it. please solve this problem as soon as possible. query no[protected] .the deduction was made from account no [protected]. thanking you . Today amount of 1000 has been debited from my account ([protected]) while I have no clue how it got debited from my account. (Attached statement with this mail).This is my first month experience with hdfc and really disappointed with this act. I need my money back.
