[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — Regarding the Closure of Personal Loan A/c No.[protected]

I have taken Loan from HDFC in December-2021. For the Surgery of my Younger Brother, the loan was of 12 EMI.

Today(8-September-2022) I had visited the branch at 1:44pm for closing the loan after payment of 8-EMIs successfully, where I had been informed that I cannot close the Loan before the 12-EMI.

Don't know why they are forcing to pay all EMIs monthly, when I am here to pay all in once..

As, I have taken the Loan & wants to close, why I have to wait for next 4 EMIs. It should be closed with the immediate effect.

If I am paying all EMI, without asking for concession on Interest for 4-EMI.
Then why I pay extra amount in the name of FORECLOSURE CHARGES...???

Still struggling for the response from the HDFC, regarding the EXTRA(4.72%) CHARGES has been added in the name of Foreclosure charges.

HDFC Bank has not responded & I am feeling helpless & hopeless, after this behavior of HDFC. As they are not taking the things seriously. So I request you to take some strict action against the HDFC Bank.

Unprofessional behavior of HDFC is worse for the peoples who are taking the Loans or paying EMIs.

This behavior shows that they by pass the Consumer Complaint board as they have no fear of the same.

HDFC Bank Last day I had received a call from HDFC, the lady was only asking me to pay approx. Rs.1100 EXTRA AMOUNT in the name of Foreclosure charges without any explanation and she has disconnected the call.

This is how the HDFC BANK LOOT.
1. If EMI got bounced then consumer has to pay extra.
2. If consumer wants to close the loan, then also they charges more and more money.
