[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — related to credit card transaction to irctc and it got failed and refund not received by bank.

I have made irctc booking on 11th april of amount approx. 1605, but it got failed and my ticket was not booked, also its 8 days passed and i have not received refund to my credit card.
See the below irctc status. Kindly expedite the resolution.
