[Resolved] HDFC Bank — renewal charge after I close my account | |||
Dear I am arabinda samantaray writing this mail regarding my credit card issue. I used hdfc snapdeal credit card since last 3yrs but last july 2018 i block my card & gave a letter for closing my credit card on august 2018. After that i am not getting any mail from your side. Last 5 days i got a mail from your side for gave the renewal charges 500+gst (590/-) on mail. So i asked you why you gave the mail after 9 month gaps? If my card is active why you are not send me monthly statement to my mail? By the way my reward points what i have also you are deducted every month by not knowing me. Is you gave this type of service? So kindly request you close my account. For replay my mail as soon as possible..
