[Resolved] HDFC Bank — credit card | |||
I am TNEB employee HDFC Bank representative approached me and asked to get Credit card it will be useful for digital India. I also agreed and given my details he asked to me after a few days a credit card has been received to me till date i am unable to activate the card, I contact bank no response but monthly focus bills generating to me my mobile was recharged for Rs.100/- every month but no recharge done till date. I contacted bank several times but no response from bank side. without using the credit card monthly bills are generated to me. I do not hope this things from HDFC bank please cancel my credit card my cibil score is going down due to this problem my contact number [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Mar 25, 2019 HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer, we observe that Smartpay was activated on your credit card and hence the credit card was debited towards the billing payment of the mobile number. Hence statements were generated. Owing to non-receipt of payment the card has been invalidated. For further clarification, please write to us from your registered e-mail id to us at [protected]@hdfcbank.com and we shall assist you.
