[Resolved] HDFC Bank — repeated deductions from one assist on my credit card | |||
Hi, I was cheated into buying this service from hdfc customer support when i called to inform them about a lost credit card. Since then, they have deducted money 3 times and they have not cancelled the membership even after repeated emails and calls. I don't know how to get this issue resolved. I'm really frustrated by this experience. Hopefully, this complaint will help me resolve this issue. I really don't care about refunds any longer. I just want to ensure that the service is cancelled.
